Localization of PfCPO by immunofluorescence microscopy. Localization of PfCPO with Mitotracker green (mitochondrial marker), PfALAS (mitochondrial marker) and PfUROD (apicoplast marker) was studied. IE, infected erythrocyte; P, parasite; H, hemozoin.
