Cellular localization in blood stage P. falciparum parasites of recombinant PfCCT. Immunofluorescence assays were performed on P. falciparum infected red blood cells at the schizont stage and revealed by an anti-PfCCT antibody (red). Nuclei were stained in blue with DAPI. Assays showed the presence of the endogenous PfCCT as a diffuse and dotted pattern.
