Detection of endogenous PfG in the erythrocytic stages. Indirect immunofluorescence using anti-PfG antisera: 1) Differential Interference Contrast Microscopy 2) Anti PfG Staining (PfG) 3) Staining with DAPI(40,6-Diamidin-2-phenylindol) 4) Merge of the two different stainings AK and DAPI 4) Overlay of both stainings.
