Subcellular localization of PfGMD and PfFS expressed in P. falciparum. PfGMD-HA-expressing and PfFS-HA-expressing trophozoites were labelled with anti-HA (green), anti-PfHSP70 (red) and DAPI for nuclear staining (blue). First column represents the differential interference contrast (DIC) and last column the merge of HA and PfHSP70 signals.
