Imaging data (from Malaria Metabolic Pathways)

Localization of PfGECO (HSP40) to the host RBC during gametocytogenesis. IFA was performed on wild type 3D7 gametocyte stages I-V using anti-PfGECO serum (red) with the nucleus stained with DAPI (4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole; blue).
