Imaging data (from Malaria Metabolic Pathways)

PfPARE is expressed in asexual parasites. Live fluorescence microscopy with GFP-tagged PfPARE shows the protein is in the cytoplasm. Scale bar 5 mm. The intensity of the GFP fluorescence was weak in ring stages and increased with parasite maturity.Istvan ES, Mallari JP, Corey VC, Dharia NV, Marshall GR, Winzeler EA, Goldberg DE.
